About Holger Borchert
An entrepreneur with experience on both sides
Holger Borchert worked as a managing director in Magdeburg for 25 years. He knows the structures of German companies, the shortage of skilled workers and the staffing problems of SMEs from first-hand experience in a position of responsibility.
Today he runs a consultancy with offices in Dresden and Wolmirstedt and is the personal contact for all German partner companies. His wife was born in Vietnam and has many years of experience in international recruitment and the deployment of workers to Europe.
