1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the provider named in the legal notice. If you have any questions about data protection, please use the contact details provided there or the data protection email address.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on a server in Germany operated by us. When you access the website, the web server automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is required for the technical operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics services and no advertising networks. No cookies are set for visitors. Only in the protected administration area is a technically necessary session cookie used. Consent to cookies is therefore not required.
4. Contact form and staffing needs check
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form or the staffing needs check, we process the details you enter (e.g. name, company, email address, telephone number, content of the enquiry) for the purpose of handling your enquiry and contacting you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a business relationship) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Enquiries are stored in our database and transmitted to us by email. To protect against misuse, we store a pseudonymised hash value of the IP address. Enquiries are deleted once processing is complete, and at the latest after the period specified in our deletion policy, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
5. Online appointment booking and Google Calendar
For online appointment booking, we process the data you provide (name, email address, telephone number if applicable, company, notes) as well as the selected appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Booked appointments are entered in our Google Calendar. In the process, appointment data including your name and email address is transmitted to Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses. If a Google Meet link is generated for the appointment, Google's privacy policy applies to the use of Google Meet.
You will receive an appointment confirmation by email with a personal link that you can use to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
6. Email communication
Acknowledgements and appointment confirmations are sent via our email server. If you contact us by email, we process your details for the purpose of handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
7. Applicant data
We process applicants' details solely for the purpose of placement with partner companies and only to the extent necessary for the placement. Data is passed on to partner companies or partners in Vietnam only where this is necessary for the placement and you have been informed of it.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
9. Data security
Data is transmitted in encrypted form (TLS). Access credentials for third-party services are stored in encrypted form, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised persons.
