Placement process

Seven steps to new employees

Transparency is part of the way we work: at every step you can see who is responsible – our company in Germany or our partners in Vietnam.

  • Our company (Germany)
  • Partners in Vietnam
  • Jointly
  1. Initial consultation

    Our company (Germany)

Free, non-binding conversation with Holger Borchert: your situation, your goals, how we work – and an honest assessment of whether and how we can help.

    Timeframe: 30–60 Minuten

  2. Staffing needs analysis

    Our company (Germany)

Together we define your requirements profile: occupations, headcount, qualifications, language level, shift patterns, accommodation, start date.

    Timeframe: 1–2 Wochen

  3. Candidate search

    Partners in Vietnam

Our partners in Vietnam search for suitable candidates, verify qualifications and motivation and compile profiles.

    Timeframe: 4–8 Wochen

  4. Language and professional preparation

    Partners in Vietnam

German courses with recognised examinations, job-related vocabulary and, where needed, supplementary professional qualification in Vietnam.

Timeframe: 6–12 Monate (je nach Sprachniveau)

  5. Selection interviews

    Jointly

Online interviews between you and the candidates – organised by us, supported locally by our partners. You decide.

    Timeframe: 1–3 Wochen

  6. Administrative coordination

    Jointly

Employment or training contract, recognition and visa documents. Our partners coordinate in Vietnam; we support you in Germany. Official decisions cannot be guaranteed.

    Timeframe: 2–6 Monate (Behördenlaufzeiten)

  7. Arrival and start of work

    Jointly

Coordination of travel, arrival and the first day at work. We remain your contact for a good start in the company.

    Timeframe: Nach Visumerteilung

The timeframes given are based on experience and depend on the occupation, language level, recognition procedures and processing times at the authorities. Official decisions cannot be guaranteed.
