Our story
Born of first-hand experience
Holger Borchert ran companies in Magdeburg as a managing director for 25 years. During that time, he saw the shortage of skilled workers grow from a marginal issue into a business risk: unfilled positions, vacant apprenticeship places, orders that could not be accepted.
At the same time, through his wife – who was born in Vietnam and has many years of experience in international recruitment and the deployment of workers to Europe – he knows the other side: people in Vietnam who are qualified and motivated and are looking for a professional future in Germany.
Our company grew out of this connection. We bring both sides together – with a network of reputable recruitment partners in Vietnam that are state-recognised according to their own information, and a personal contact in Germany.
